AH500SD PROGRAMMABLE ANNUNCIATOR
The AH500sd combines flight, engine and aircraft configuration data to generate voice and visual alerts.
The unit is programmed to warn off against switched, analogue and EFIS data inputs based on the switched state, value threshold or combinations of inputs to generate envelope alarms.
Envelope alerts could include oil pressure profiles, speed/ configuration envelopes, gear not down and oxygen alerts.
Data is gathered from directly connected switches and analogue inputs as well as being able to take flight and engine data from Electronic Flight Information Systems (EFIS) and Engine Monitors when available via serial buses.
Alerts are mapped to custom voice and/or sunlight readable and auto dimming captions with integration to a remote Master Caution, Master Warning and alert acknowledgement switch.
The side mounted SD card allows for easy adjustment of programming and voice files.
AH501 MASTER WARNING/CAUTION SWITCH
The AH501 is a high-quality snap action switch combined with direct sunlight readable LED Aviation Red and Yellow captions for use as a Master Caution/Warning indicator with acknowledgement switch.

AH503 AIRCRAFT ANNUNCIATOR SWITCH.
The AH503 aircraft instrument panel annunciator switch features customisable legends illuminated with daylight readable LED’s available in Red, Amber, Green, Blue or white and integrated snap action momentary or latching switch options.
AH504 I/OEXPANSION UNIT
The AH504 provides an additional 13 switched and 4 analogue inputs to enhance the number of inputs available in the AH500 and AH502SD warning panels. Connecting over RS232, it provides for more comprehensive alerting, particularly useful for complex aircraft types and where envelope and profile alerts require aircraft configuration data.

All inputs are factory programmable to be either active high or active low to suit customer requirements.

AH112 12 CHANNEL OPTO ISOLATOR
The AH112 is a 12 channel galvanic isolator providing discrete to digital isolation. Galvanic isolation is achieved using opto-isolators and can be interfaced directly to 12v and 24v powered circuits.
Each channel has separate ‘In’ and ‘out’ connections which enables the installer to configure the unit for monitoring switched high or switched low inputs. Input voltage range is 0 -32V.
Outputs are open collector with a voltage range of 3-32 volts and can sink up to 50mA.
It can be used to provide input protection to Aero Safety Systems AH500SD or AH502SD Central Warning Panel annunciators.
Connections are made via 26 way D-Sub High Density Connectors.
The enclosure is made of aluminium and is finished with Surtec 650, giving excellent corrosion protection.
